Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.

It is important to confirm all the details within your order, as we make all of our items customized exactly as you selected. In order for us to keep costs down, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to selection of incorrect items, size, color, designs, spelling, etc.. By submitting your order, you confirm that your order is correct, and you agree to our terms and conditions.

We stand behind our product and services. Any defects or production errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS:
If your item is eligible for a return or exchange due to manufacturer defect or production errors, our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable): Please allow up to 2 weeks production time for new item to be made.

SHIPPING:
**Shipping costs are non-refundable.**
All shipping costs for original purchase, returns, and exchanges, are the customers responsibility.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
