How long until I get my purchase?
As we customize or create each product to order, please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your item.

Will Springs Spirit Store be getting more product selections in stock?
Yes, we are updating our products on a continual basis, so please check back often for exciting new products and special pop up sales.
Can I return my purchase if I don't like it or it doesn't fit properly?
Since all of our products are customized upon order, we are only able to process a refund or exchange if the item is defective. We stand behind our product and services. Upon approval, any defects or production errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. Any approved returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please read our refund policy as well as read each products sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
